Preferred Vendor Membership Program Proposal

PREFERRED VENDOR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM DETAILS
Vendors who wish to participate in GCA events are invited to join GCA under the Preferred Vendor Program. Membership will be limited. Vendors who wish to participate must have a GCA member to recommend their membership. Applications are available for those wishing to participate by emailing their application and check to GCA P O Box 1006 Ringgold, GA 30736. Cost of this program per year is $400. This cost ensure that Vendor Members have first option to participate in our annual meeting and expo. This cost however does not include the cost associated with the space for such meeting.
In addition, Preferred Vendor Members will be listed on this website. They will also have the opportunity to write an article for our newsletter (one per year) describing their products and services. Each month they will receive a copy of the GCA newsletter.
Also, they will have the opportunity to attend at no cost our annual dinner held for all GCA members at the ACA National Convention.
Other benefits will allow them to supply some advertising materials which will be given to new GCA members with the membership packets.
For those vendors who have asked that this program be established, we will work to review and improve over the course of the next fiscal year. Membership dues will be due and payable on June 1st each year and will run until May 31st of the next year. This membership is for vendor participation under our Associate Membership provisions of our By-Laws and does not confer membership rights to vendors accorded GCA members, i.e. voting rights or abilities to run for offices of GCA.
