Call to Action – Legislative Session 2009
We may see some movement in the next few months on Sales Tax on Service. Please be prepared to help us and yourself by being ready to make a trip to the Capital and make calls on your legislators. This is certainly something that we do not want to see enacted. Those states that have to deal with this issue not only complain of the complexities of the bookkeeping expenses but most states send out auditors to their agencies to audit the books at the expense of the agency. We may be ready in the next few weeks to establish a date in February or earlier if necessary to have a legislative day. This will require your support and help.
