Consumers who wish to file a complaint on an GCA member, please click on the Consumer Complaint tab and fill out the necessary forms. GCA members are listed on the ACA website at www.acainternational.org , under members. Please verify that the agency is a member of GCA/ACA before submitting your complaint.
