(This meeting is for new and existing agency owners, managers and collectors. Update or learn the correct procedures to protect your agency from lawsuits, Attorney General, or FTC or BBB complaints. We will work with collection staff to guide them in correct telephone procedures and to collect in a compliant manner).
This seminar will be guided by a panel of GCA agency owners and managers.

Open Cash Bar (One drink ticket will be given each attendee) Chips will be distributed during the expo and chips will be available for purchase during the event. Try your hand at roulette, black jack, poker, or other tables set up in the expo area. Everyone will receive a chance to win with a ticket provided in your registration packet but when you “cash in” at the end of the evening, you will have additional changes to win. There will be three cash awards given at the end of the evening, $300, $200, and $100 gift cards. All money raised will be used for our unit’s legislative fund.
